Returns & Replacements

Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

In order to return an item, you must contact our customer service at 1-844-984-7677 or email us to request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). RMA# must be clearly labled on the returning package. Also, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in your return. Items returned without an RMA# and proof of purchase are not eligible for refund or exchange.

All returned non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

WELLvisors comes with one year limited warranty (from original purchase date). Replacement will be provided in the case of manufacturer defect or hardware kit is missing from the package. No Returns/Exchanges will be accepted for international orders unless in the case of manufacturer defect or WellVisors error.
